Reclaimed York stone patio
Lisa, Dave and the rest of the team worked tirelessly to create two fabulous gardens out of one tired looking useable space. We're delighted and the family now spends lots more time outside.Mark and Sarah, Park Crescent
The upper patio
On the upper patio the ground level area was re-modelled with smart retaining walls for raised beds, while leaving plenty of room for entertaining friends. The raised beds were planted with climbers including Wisteria, Clematis, Akebia quinata and under-planted with a low growing lavender. (Safety rails were fitted after this photo was taken.)
The lower patio
On the lower patio a block of concrete capped with old slabs meant our clients looked out of their kitchen onto a wall. By removing the structure, narrowing the steps and laying re-claimed york stone we created a lovely sheltered useable space.
